Responsibilities

After completing Soldier training, you will receive Army Reserve Soldier HR training. Once completed you will be responsible for the provision of personnel administration and financial management of our soldiers (including pay, allowances, recovery of charges, accounting, and audits). There is opportunity to do more hours as well as a yearly bonus.
