We are recruiting for a Trainee Architectural Technician to join the Technical Department in Head Office, based in Measham, Swadlincote. Surrounded by a team of experienced and caring professionals across Design, Technical and Planning, you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your ability whilst learning from the best.

MAIN DUTIES
  • Producing, creating and modifying basic layouts using AutoCad.
  • Amending house type working drawings for one of our regional teams.
  • Producing presentation layouts and planning application packs.
  • Attending meetings that may be required in the performance of your duties.
  • Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills / Attributes
  • Computer / IT literate with capability to use excel, Word and database packages.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD.
  • 5 GCSE Grade 4 or above, including maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
