Main Duties:

• Producing, creating, and modifying basic layouts using AutoCAD.
• Amending house type planning drawings as required.
• Completing small planning applications.
• Submitting & liaising with Local Planning Authorities regarding planning condition clearance.
• Liaising with Planning Officers to follow up on the progress of minor applications.
• Attending meetings as required in the performance of your duties.
• Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
• Undertaking additional tasks as reasonably required.
• Maintaining all health and safety aspects related to Covid-19.

What we are looking for:

• Computer / IT literacy with the ability to use Excel, Word, and database packages.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a busy office environment.
• Ability to use AutoCAD.
• 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
