Supporting our financial clients as part of the Application Support and Technical Client Management team, this is a fantastic opportunity for dynamic, career-focused people to join an expanding and forward-thinking technology company. About Trayport

Trayport’s products make it frictionless for large producers and consumers of energy to trade with each other regardless of borders. It is through our platforms that about 80% of all European utilities trades take place. We are a small company that makes a big impact in the world!

What would you be doing?

You will complete a comprehensive training and induction programme which will get you up to speed with our markets, our software and our clients. Once this is completed, you will be involved in:

Acting as a point of contact for clients to ensure they derive the greatest possible value from the use of our software.

Providing business critical technical support to our clients, who are high profile financial institutions, utilities and funds.

Providing technical consultancy to our clients in areas like product configuration and training.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications either at GCSE and/or A-Level

Some experience with IT (Could be a part-time job, apprenticeship, internships/work experience or even a hobby).

Experience of working in a customer service environment where you’ve needed to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. (Hospitality, retail, sports clubs)

High levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals

A thirst for learning and willingness to try everything.
