The Role: Junior Application Analyst

Based in Shoreham-by-Sea (4-5 days onsite per week)

Full-Time | Entry-Level | Permanent

This is the ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or tech-savvy individual looking to break into the IT world.

You'll work directly with experienced professionals, get hands-on with real systems and tools, and start building your skills in application support, systems analysis, and business technology.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide 1st-line support to users across our core business systems
• Help configure, test, and roll out new applications
• Troubleshoot problems and support users with day-to-day issues
• Create easy-to-follow documentation and user guides
• Work with departments to understand how tech can help them work better
• Learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects from day one
  
  

Who We're Looking For:

We don't expect you to know everything but we do want you to bring:

• A genuine passion for IT, technology, and problem-solving
• A curious mind and eagerness to learn
• A confident communicator who enjoys helping others
• Basic experience or understanding of Microsoft Office 365

Location & Working Style

This role is based in our stylish Shoreham-by-Sea HQ. This role will be required to work 4-5 days a week onsite, giving you the right mix of support and flexibility.
