Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Southampton is seeking a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join a brand-new depot and workshop team. You will receive full training and work with experienced engineers to develop core HVAC testing and maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• F-Gas qualification required to perform the role.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a busy workshop.
• Long-term mindset with technical progression interests.

Responsibilities

• Receive full training on temperature-control equipment, testing procedures and technical processes.
• Functionally test equipment before it leaves the depot and complete relevant documentation.
• Inspect equipment carefully to identify faults, damage or anything that could cause problems once dispatched.
• Gradually taking greater responsibility for the test area as your knowledge develops.
