Sudbury Ford
Hours: 42 hours per week; Monday to Friday between 09:00-18:00, Saturdays on rota 08:00-12:30
Salary: Up to £31,000 OTE, with a basic salary of £25,000 per annum plus bonus
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Aftersales Advisor to join our service team at our Sudbury Ford dealership.
Our Aftersales Advisors play a crucial role in delivering world-class customer experiences, combining responsibilities of Parts Advisor and Service Advisor. You'll liaise with customers via telephone and digital communications to arrange services, MOTs, and repairs. Additionally, you'll be a key member of our Parts team, ensuring quick and efficient service for retail and workshop customers and processing all orders on the same day. You will also complete administrative functions accurately and log any stock discrepancies.

As a Trainee Aftersales Advisor, you need energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should have strong communication skills, be able to build rapport easily, and explain technical information clearly. Being tech-savvy is a plus, as you'll learn to use our automotive systems. You must have held a full UK driving licence for at least 6 months for insurance purposes.
You should be a team player but also able to work independently and use your initiative.
