Eden Rose in Birmingham is looking for a motivated individual to start a career as a Financial Adviser. The role is office-based with a plan to move to hybrid working as you progress, offering a clear path into client-facing advisory work.

You will gain experience across paraplanning, research and adviser support, shadowing experienced advisers, attending client meetings, and eventually becoming a fully qualified adviser with responsibility for your own client bank.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing independent financial planning business that has a proven track record of developing people into successful advisers.

You don’t need previous financial advice experience or to be fully qualified. The business is looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills and ambition who wants to progress into a Financial Adviser role.

You’ll initially gain experience across Paraplanning, research and adviser support, while shadowing experienced advisers and attending client meetings. As your knowledge and confidence develop, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility before progressing into a fully qualified adviser position.
