A healthcare organization in Bradford is seeking a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver independent patient care and enhance clinical practice. The Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) will use/develop specialist knowledge and skills to provide healthcare independently to patients. The Trainee ACP is accountable for the total episode of care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed needs.
