About the role

Leeds Audi has a fantastic opportunity available for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join their team.

As a Sytner Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Sytner Trainee Accounts Assistants work a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, which may sometimes include weekends to ensure high levels of customer service.

About You

Previous experience and good working knowledge of accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations, are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, able to work to strict deadlines, attentive to detail, and capable of working both independently and as part of a small team.

Applicants should have experience in an accounting role or be studying for an Accounts qualification, e.g., AAT, as a minimum requirement.
