INDFIN is seeking a Trainee Accountant near Cambridge to join the team. The role provides hands-on experience across VAT, CIS and corporation tax, with exposure to management accounts and cloud-based accounting software.

You will work with experienced accountants, supporting client workloads and learning modern accounting processes while building relationships with clients. GCSEs Maths/English are required and aptitude to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• Foundation in accounting principles with willingness to develop technical knowledge.
• GCSEs in Maths and English required.
• Experience in an accountancy practice is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with VAT, CIS and Corporation Tax returns.
• Support preparation of management accounts and year-end adjustments.
• Assist with company secretarial duties and general accounting admin.
• Process financial data using accounting software to improve efficiency.
• Review information for accuracy and maintain client records.
