Job summary

Ellacotts Accountants offers an entry-level opportunity to join our practice and start a career in accountancy while studying towards a professional qualification. You will gain hands-on experience, work directly with clients, and receive support and training to develop into a trusted adviser.

From day one, you will prepare accounts from client records, assist with VAT and tax returns, build client relationships, and attend client sites as required, with employer-funded or apprenticeship routes

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to travel to client sites when required.
• Living within commuting distance of the office.

Private Client

Support private individuals, families and businesses with their accounting and taxation affairs. This role combines technical expertise with outstanding client service, helping clients navigate complex financial matters while building trusted long-term relationships.
