Monahans, part of the Sumer Group, invites applications for an Early Careers Trainee in Trowbridge. You'll join a friendly team in either Audit or Accounts, gaining hands-on client experience while you study towards the AAT Level 3 or ACA.

This permanent, full‑time programme combines practical work with the Sumer Academy’s blended learning, and provides paid study leave, mentoring and wide exposure to a diverse client base. Start date September 2027.

Qualifications

• This role is ideal for school/college leavers aiming for AAT Level 3.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to balance study commitments with work.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Audit or Accounts from day one.
• Assist with preparing accounts or supporting audits.
