Old Mill is offering a trainee accountant apprenticeship starting in 2027. You’ll learn by doing, work with real clients alongside experienced accountants, and study for the AAT qualification through an apprenticeship.

You’ll earn a salary and build practical experience while pursuing a recognised professional qualification. We’re looking for curious, team‑oriented individuals who are eager to learn, develop numeracy skills and communicate clearly.
