DJH in Walsall is looking for a Trainee Accountant Apprentice. After a thorough induction, you’ll have a personal development plan to guide you toward becoming a fully qualified accountant, with fully funded training and support for your AAT studies.

Your day will include working with a talented team to prepare year‑end financial statements, calculate tax liabilities, and learn through shadowing and hands‑on tasks, while building lasting client relationships and developing professional

Qualifikationen

• 5 GCSEs minimum, with Maths and English at level 6 or above, plus aiming for 3 A Levels (or equivalent) Grade C or above.
• Enjoy learning, building relationships, and delivering excellent service.
• Proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

After a proper induction to the business, a personal development plan will be drawn up for you. It will outline each of the steps you'll need to take to realise your ambitions and goals of becoming a fully‑fledged Accountant. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative, rewarding and you'll learn loads every day.

Your typical day will involve:

• Being part of a talented team, adding value to the exceptional work we deliver
• Preparing year-end financial statements for a wide range of clients
• Calculating corporation and personal tax liabilities, whilst coming up with tax planning ideas
• Cracking on with your personal development plan - shadowing, questioning, and learning to help you achieve your ambitions and be victorious in your AAT studies
• Building long‑lasting relationships with clients and wowing them daily

• You'll have an excellent academic background, with 5 GCSEs at a minimum level 5 and above, with a level 6 or above in both Maths and English and on track to achieve 3 A Levels (or equivalent) Grade C or above
