Job Opportunity

We are excited to offer a great opportunity for a Trainee Accountant to join our Finance Team.

Responsibilities

1. Contributing to general ledger journal entries
2. Managing month-end close reconciliations
3. Performing variance analysis
4. Handling cash management transactions
5. Preparing monthly reports
6. Owning the Fixed Asset Ledger

This role offers a chance to learn and develop your skills while supporting the team.

Candidate Profile

We seek someone who has started their career in accounting and finance and is eager to develop further while studying towards a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a finance or accounting setting, good IT skills including Excel (PivotTables, Lookups), and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, SAGE, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Knowledge of general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations is essential.
