Job Title: Graduate Trainee Accountant Programme
Job Location: 200a Coalisland Road
Working hours: 39 ¾ hours – Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 2:15pm
Position Overview
Each year we recruit a select number of high-quality graduates who display real management potential. Good A- level grades and a First-class or 2:1 Honours degree or equivalent are required, preferably in finance or business-related degree.
Graduates work in an environment where from day one you will be adding value to our business by working in a real job, with real responsibility. Most learning will be in the form of on-the-job coaching from experienced colleagues and will also incorporate selected project work. There is also opportunity to participate in structured training programmes to assist you with both your work and studies.

Your progression will depend on your own performance, your career goals, and the needs of the business at the time.You will receive financial assistance to cover the costs of gaining your professional qualification (CIMA or Chartered Accountants Ireland) as well as paid study leave.
Graduates will work within our Finance team, and you will also have the opportunity to network with business unit finance teams across the world and our Corporate Accounting team based in Connecticut, USA. This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee accountant to start their career within industry.
