Trainee Account Manager

My client is a family-owned innovative and cost-effective Manufacturing company that has acquired large-scale UK & International production contracts across multiple industries.

As the Trainee Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts for bespoke manufactured products and delivery. Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating all quotations for clients
  2. Processing customer sales orders
  3. Managing production lead times and purchase orders
  4. Arranging deliveries for customers with couriers
  5. Liaising with suppliers
  6. Ensuring internal sales database systems are updated accurately

This is a varied role that supports the customer service, sales, and manufacturing teams. It would suit candidates looking for a busy and demanding role, who enjoy being integral to a team.

You will also provide regular contact with customers, following up on quotation requests, order statuses, delivery, and product availability.
