Summary

An Insurance Broker based in Hertfordshire has a new role for a Trainee Insurance Adviser to join their expanding team.

Main Duties:

1. Dealing with general insurance inquiries via the telephone, email, and face-to-face.
2. Learn and adopt internal procedures and CRM to best service client requirements.
3. Ensure that all transactions/interactions are compliant.
4. Become fully conversant in all personal lines and Micro SME insurance solutions.
5. Account manage existing customer renewals under supervision.
6. Offer added value add-on products where applicable.
7. Gain a better understanding of clients' needs for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
8. Be proactive in canvassing for new business.
