You will participate in an in-house driving training program, transitioning to a 7.5-ton driver role upon successful completion. Ready to kickstart your driving career? Join us as a Trainee Driver at The Sofa Delivery Company, where you\'ll embark on our in-house Driving School programme! During your first 12 weeks, you’ll drive a 3.5-ton van as we prepare you to upgrade to your 7.5-ton driving licence. Don’t worry if you’re new to driving a 7.5-ton vehicle - we’ll guide you through the entire process. From covering the costs of your training and medical assessments to offering time off for your Theory & Hazard tests and Driver Training, we’ve got you covered. Once you’ve completed your training and passed the necessary tests, you\'ll be promoted to a 7.5T Driver role, with a pay increase to match!
With our 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, 7am - 7pm, you’ll have plenty of time to relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work.
