ScotRail is recruiting Train Presentation Team Members to prepare trains for service, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and customer readiness. You will support the engineering function and help provide a comfortable, reliable journey for millions of passengers each year.

The role requires following safety procedures, working in a team, and using IT systems as needed. A full UK driving licence is essential, with training and a salary package outlined below.

Qualifications

• Understanding and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a team and use initiative.
• Able to follow risk assessments and wear PPE.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of train cleaning to ScotRail's presentation standards and service quality requirements.
• Identify and report defects to support a safe and comfortable customer experience.
• Follow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and wear appropriate PPE.
• Participate in safety initiatives and contribute to a positive safety culture.
• Use IT systems where required and undertake any duties directed by the Team Leader.
