A leading transport company in Worcester is looking for a Train Manager who will ensure customer satisfaction and safety on board. The ideal candidate is expected to work flexibly across shifts and possess strong communication and supervisory skills. A basic training salary of £30,580 is offered, rising to £44,342 for competent conductors. Comprehensive training and benefits are included.

About the location:
This position is based at Worcester Shrub Hill station and this is where you start and end your shifts.
Working Pattern:
This role will require you to work a variety of shifts which will include early starts and late finishes as well as weekends and bank holidays. Your starting and finishing times may be at times when public transport is not available so you must be able to get to and from the station without relying on this.
Additional Information:
You must live within a maximum of 60 minutes' travelling time of the depot.

The basic training salary is £30,580 and you will receive the higher of your current rate or the training rate until you pass out as competent. The basic salary for a competent conductor is £44,342.
