Ganymede Solutions is seeking to hire a Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading train operators in the North, known for investing in their staff. This is an initial 6-month contract with a great opportunity to be taken on permanently as the organization continues to expand its workforce.
The role:
We are looking for an excellent leader to join the train cleaning team as the Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, based at Heaton Depot. The night shift team plays an essential role in ensuring a high level of cleanliness before trains resume their daily service. As the Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, you will supervise and guide the team to achieve top-quality cleanliness standards during your shift.
This role operates on a 7-day roster with a four on, four off or five on, four off shift pattern, working hours from 20:00 to 06:00, on a rolling weekly rota, including weekends. Full flexibility is required.

Pay Rate & Benefits:

Training will be provided for depot safety, site safety, and cleaning procedures. Work is in a safety-critical environment, so passing a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, is required.
