Ganymede Solutions is seeking to hire a Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading train operators in the North, known for investing in their staff. This initial 6-month contract offers a great opportunity to be taken on permanently as the company continues to expand its workforce.
The role:
We are looking for an excellent leader to join the train cleaning team as the Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader at Heaton Depot. The night shift team plays an essential role in ensuring a high level of cleanliness before trains resume their daily service. As the Night Shift Train Cleaning Team Leader, you will supervise and guide the team to achieve top-quality cleanliness standards during your shift.
This role involves a 7-day rolling roster with shifts of 4 on/4 off or 5 on/4 off, working from 20:00 to 06:00, including weekends. Full flexibility is required.
