Contract Details

Initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to join permanently. Salary: £12.60 per hour.

The Role

As a Train Cleaner, you'll be responsible for interior cleaning of trains, including:

• Wiping surfaces
• Sanitizing touch points
• Vacuuming
• Mopping floors
• Dusting
• Cleaning and restocking toilets

Hours: 09:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Ability to pass drugs and alcohol tests
• Complete a railway medical examination
• Attend training at Newton Heath Depot starting 16/06/2025
• Provide right to work documents
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist
• Good fitness level due to large site and walking requirements
