Job summary

Citisense, a traffic design consultancy in the West Midlands, is looking for a permanent site technician to install equipment. This role involves physical installation of traffic equipment, using power tools, and driving a company van.

The ideal candidate should have a valid driving licence and CSCS certification is preferred. The position offers a salary between £28,000 and £35,000, flexible working hours, and benefits including a company pension and performance bonus.

About Citisense

Citisense is a traffic design consultancy and traffic data collection company where we provide a wide range of client services including:

• Parking Occupancy Counts
• Automatic Traffic Counts
• Classified Camera Counts
• CCTV / ANPR surveys

We have been operating for over four years and have seen organic and steady growth in the UK.

Position

We are currently looking for a permanent site technician to install equipment.

Responsibilities

• physical installation of traffic equipment on street
• use of power tools such as drills
• installing independent battery powered cctv cameras on lamp columns involving climbing ladders
• understanding and ability to read maps
• driving a small van provided for jobs
• happy to travel around
• You may be required to work weekend\evening shifts which is subject to agreement.
• computer literate to download data captured on-street

Remuneration and Benefits

Salary: £28,000-£35,000 (Depending on experience)
