Job summary

Yunex Traffic in Lowton, UK, is seeking a Professional-level Field Engineer to diagnose faults and carry out maintenance on traffic signal assets under the TSM contract. You will perform installation, servicing, and periodic inspections, contributing to safe, reliable city mobility.

The role is full-time with on-site duties and on-call rotation. Applicants should have GCSEs including Maths and English, with preference for traffic signal/Highways experience.

Qualifications

• 4 GCSEs including Mathematics and English (Grades A-C/ 4-9) or equivalent.
• Traffic Signals and/or Highways industry experience preferred, not essential.
• Reliability and dependability - consistently meet responsibilities.
• Initiative and flexibility - make well-reasoned decisions and adapt to situations.

Responsibilities

• Attend, diagnose and resolve faults on traffic signal assets and related equipment.
• Complete reactive and proactive maintenance tasks to high standards.
• Conduct periodic inspections and electrical testing.
• Install, replace and set up traffic signal assets and equipment, supervised or in a team.
