• Previous experience as a Transport Operator is essential.
• Confidence and clarity in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work on own initiative and adaptability to business demands.

Responsibilities

• Utilize TOPS system for recording driver times.
• Ensure drivers meet ETAs and reroute when necessary.
• Check PODS are matched up with correct jobs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dealing with multiple drivers
• Communicating with ports
• Booking delivery slots for entry in ports
• Using a Transport system called TOPS for putting down drivers start times and finish times
• Chasing drivers for etas and making sure they are on time
• Rerouting jobs as and when is needed
• Checking all PODS are matched up with all the correct jobs on the system
