Traffic Marshals – Isle of Wight Festival WeekendLocation: Isle of Wight – Ferry Ports
Dates: 19th-23rd June
Pay: £12.24 per hour
Shifts: Day and evening shifts available



Join our client for one of the Isle of Wight’s biggest weekends of the year! We’re looking for reliable and safety-conscious Traffic Marshals to help manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians at one of the main ferry ports during the Isle of Wight Festival.

Role Includes:

  • Directing vehicles safely on and off ferries

  • Managing traffic flow and queues at the terminal

  • Assisting festivalgoers with directions and basic information

  • Ensuring pedestrian safety around busy areas

  • Reporting any incidents or hazards to site supervisors

What We’re Looking For:
  • Punctual, alert, and confident individuals

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Previous traffic marshalling or event stewarding experience is a bonus (not essential)

  • Must be 18+

  • Must have own Safety Boots

Shifts Available:Friday 13th June 10:30-13:30 INDUCTION MUST ATTEND

Thursday 19th June 8:00-18:00

Friday 20th 8:00-18:00

Monday 23rd 6:00-18:00 or 6:30-18:30 or 12:00-00:00
