Job summary

Build Recruitment are seeking a Banksman/Traffic Marshall for a site in Flint. The role involves directing vehicles and plant, ensuring safe vehicle movements, and coordinating with drivers and ground staff on a busy site.

We are looking for candidates with proven Banksman or Traffic Marshal experience, valid CSCS and NPORS cards, and a strong commitment to safety. The position offers 42.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract with weekly pay.

Build Recruitment are on the lookout for a BANKSMAN/TRAFFIC MARSHALL for a site in Flint
Job Title: Banksman
Location: Flint
Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Pay: £15.50 PAYE upto £19 Umbrella PAYE
Payment Frequency: Weekly

We are currently seeking an experienced Banksman for a key project based in Leicester. This is a fixed-term contract role, offering steady work for 6 to 12 months, with the potential for extension depending on project progression.

Responsibilities

• Directing vehicles and plant machinery on and around site

• Ensuring the safe movement of heavy vehicles and materials

• Communicating effectively with drivers, operators, and ground personnel

• Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations and site protocols

• Supporting site operations as required by the site manager
