Aqua Tech Recruitment is seeking a skilled Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on controlling the safe movement of vehicles, guiding delivery drivers, and protecting pedestrians and site personnel at all times.

Responsibilities include directing site traffic, guiding reversing vehicles, managing access, maintaining safe walkways, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. CSCS card preferred; prior Banksman experience beneficial.

Formación

• Previous Traffic Marshall/Banksman experience.
• CSCS card preferred.
• Good understanding of construction health and safety.

Traffic Marshall - Construction Site

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall to work on a busy construction site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the safe movement of vehicles, delivery drivers and plant machinery around the site, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and site personnel at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing and marshalling site traffic and delivery vehicles.


• Safely guiding reversing vehicles and mobile plant.


• Managing site access and vehicle movements.


• Maintaining safe pedestrian walkways and traffic routes.


• Ensuring site health and safety procedures are followed.


• Reporting any hazards or unsafe practices to site management.

Requirements

• Previous Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman experience.


• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification.


• CSCS card preferred.


• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.


• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team
