Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Traffic Marshall to safely manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic on construction sites near roadworks. You will work with site teams to maintain smooth access and keep everyone safe.

Ideally you have previous Traffic Marshall experience, are CSCS carded, and hold a Banksman/Traffic Marshall ticket. You may be asked to cover gate duties and respond quickly to the site manager's directions.

Qualifications

• Experience as Traffic Marshall on construction sites.
• CSCS card holder.
• Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket held.
• Must be able to provide 2 references.

Responsibilities

• Safely manage vehicle and pedestrian traffic on site.
• Occasionally perform gate duties as required by the site manager.
• Maintain awareness of health and safety on site at all times.
• Complete additional duties as directed by the site manager.

The role:

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, particularly on construction sites or near roadworks.

About you:

Ideally you will have previous working experience in a Traffic Marshall position.

If asked you will be happy working on the gate.

You will be conscious of health and safety on site and will be weary of others who are working alongside of you.

You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires.
