Job summary

V-Recruit are looking for a CSCS Traffic Marshal to work at a busy gate and entrance to a large newbuild construction site in Cheadle. You will control the gate and manage the entrance to ensure safety for all visitors.

Duties include signing in/out visitors and coordinating deliveries, with up to 50 lorries entering or exiting per day. This temporary role runs 7.30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, and requires your own PPE and valid CSCS card with Traffic Marshal tickets.

• Experience as gateman with references.
• Own PPE required.
• Able to manage up to 50 deliveries per day.

Job description

V-Recruit are looking for 1 x CSCS Traffic Marshal to work on a busy gate/entrance to a large newbuild construction site in Cheadle, near Stoke on Trent (ST10 postcode)

Duties to include controlling the gate, and managing up to 50 lorries/deliveries entering/exiting site per day. You will be signing in/out visitors and ensuring a safe entrance and exit to site.

This role is temporary initially, to cover a very busy period on site.

£16.50 per hour

3 weeks work, holiday cover

7.30am-5pm per day, Monday to Friday

The right candidate will have their CSCS card, Traffic Marshal tickets and have extensive previous gateman/woman experience with references.

You will need your own PPE.
