Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal for a 1-day cover assignment on a busy construction site in Ashford, Kent. The role pays £17.43 per hour for 9 hours.

Duties include directing and controlling site traffic, managing delivery vehicles and plant movements, maintaining safe pedestrian routes, and clear communication with drivers and site personnel. A valid CSCS card, Banksman qualification, full PPE, and two recent references are required.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• Traffic Marshal/Banksman qualification required.
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots, gloves).
• Two recent, checkable work references.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification.
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots, gloves, and any other required site PPE).
• Previous Traffic Marshal experience on construction sites.
• Two recent, checkable work references.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work safely at all times.
