Job description
Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a Traffic Manager to be the operational heartbeat of Origin’s creative studio, the person who keeps projects moving, teams aligned, and ideas flowing with clarity and purpose.

Working at the centre of our brand and marketing function, you’ll manage creative workflow across design, content, and campaign projects, ensuring that every brief is clear, every timeline is realistic, and every stakeholder feels confident in the process.

This role is about creating the conditions for creativity to thrive. You’ll oversee schedules, allocate resources, track progress, and remove roadblocks, helping Origin’s story come to life across every touchpoint, from campaigns and packaging to partnerships and retail activations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the intake, scheduling, and delivery of all creative briefs and projects.
  • Coordinate workflow across brand, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain visibility of priorities and deadlines, resolving conflicts and bottlenecks early.
  • Implement and refine systems that make the creative process more efficient and transparent.
  • Keep projects on track — on time, on budget, and to brief — while ensuring quality never slips.
  • Be a trusted link between creative, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in traffic, studio, or project management within a creative, brand, or marketing team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • Skilled in workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into clear plans and processes.
  • Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, and collaboration platforms like Slack and G-Suite.
  • Awareness of creative and production tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Figma) to support efficient briefing and delivery.

Behaviours

  • You will build positive relationships across teams, supporting others to do their best work.
  • You will bring structure and clarity, even when priorities shift.
  • You will challenge thoughtfully and focus on high-value work.
  • You will quickly be able to spot bottlenecks early and find solutions before they become blockers.
  • You will ensure everyone knows what’s expected and what’s next.
Why Origin Extras
  • 26 days holiday, including your birthday off + flexible bank holidays
  • All the coffee you could dream of – plus discounts on merch and partner products
  • Work that’s meaningful, creative, and rooted in values
  • Industry-leading brand with a people-first culture
  • B-Corp certified and proudly independent
  • SCA training and ongoing learning opportunities for all employees

  • Pension scheme with 5% employer contributions
  • Access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme & GP Service
  • Enhanced sick pay, period leave & personal days
