Job summary

Ringway London is seeking an experienced Traffic Management Supervisor (Roadside Technology) in Dunstable to lead traffic management planning for roadside technology works. You will oversee operations, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver reactive and cyclic maintenance services.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and IT literacy, with a focus on safe delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires formal qualifications: 12 A/B, 12C, 12D and T7 (for Managers and Client Officers).
• High-speed traffic management knowledge is preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination and execution of works to ensure safety, productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee traffic management for roadside technology works.
• Supervise and coordinate operational teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor quality targets and depot audits; review RAMS.
• Promote effective use of bespoke software to support service delivery.
