Chevron Traffic Management is seeking a Traffic Management Supervisor to lead crews from the Watford depot. You will plan, brief, and supervise TM operations, ensuring safe delivery of schemes and adherence to procedures.

The role requires a strong focus on safety, performance, and stakeholder liaison, with a UK driving licence (HGV preferred) and a track record in traffic management.

Qualifications

• 5 years demonstrable experience in the traffic management industry.
• Experience in leadership and coordinating teams.
• Good communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and supervise TM crews from Watford depot.
• Promote safety culture and conduct safety audits on sites.
• Liaise with SLT to manage resources and depot budget.
