Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team across the UK. You will work with direct and sub-contract labour, setting up traffic lights and managing flow to meet targets and deadlines.

Ideal candidates have Lantra Traffic Management qualifications or willingness to train, and must pass Drugs & Alcohol checks, with a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points) to operate vehicles on-site.

Qualifications

• Lantra approval for Traffic Management required.
• Ability to pass Drugs & Alcohol screening.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Valid full UK driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up temporary traffic lights as required.
• Manage traffic flow at temporary signals.
• Report issues to site or operations manager.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintain and remove traffic management within deadlines.
• Assist with traffic diversion and ensure safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Record plant and vehicle defects.
