Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the United Kingdom. The role involves setting up and managing temporary traffic lights, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring safety and compliance on site.

Ideal candidates will have Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to pass drugs and alcohol checks. Right to work in the UK is required, with up to six points on the licence acceptable.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• Unloading/loading of materials under supervision.
• Ensuring safe working practices as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant and vehicle defects.
