Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our team across the UK. You will work with both direct and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.

Duties include setting up traffic lights, managing traffic flow, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring health and safety compliance on site. Right to work in the UK is required; M5 Lantra qualification preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations, operating as a traffic management operative or driver.
• Able to read and interpret traffic management drawings.
• Compliance with health and safety requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing traffic flow at the temp traffic lights and ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and removing traffic management within required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights and assisting with traffic diversions.
