Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions are seeking a Traffic Management Operative for a contractor in Drayton, Oxfordshire. The role involves supporting highway traffic management operations, installing, maintaining and removing temporary systems while ensuring safety for road users and site staff.

You will work Monday to Friday, 6am–4pm (50 hours per week). A LANTRA M5 qualification is advantageous. The position offers a temporary contract with view to permanent employment and long-term prospects.

Qualifications

Salary: £16.81 – £17.93 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 4pm (10-hour shifts, 50 hours per week)

This is a hands-on role supporting traffic management operations on the highway network, helping to ensure roadworks and maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
