Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is actively recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to support ongoing projects with leading traffic management clients across the UK. Candidates with IPD experience or 12AB Foreman qualifications are welcome.

Ideal applicants will possess Lantra TM qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK, with the ability to pass drugs and alcohol checks. Roles include driving IPV, site setup, briefings and ensuring NHSS compliance.

Qualifications

• Lantra TM qualifications required.
• Must have right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with <=6 points.
• Able to pass drugs and alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and operate traffic management equipment.
• Set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure health and safety at work and RAMS compliance.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Record near misses and report to TSCO or Ops Managers.
• Work with crew to meet high quality work plans.
