Job summary

A leading UK Total FM provider is looking for Trainee and Trained Traffic Management Operatives. You will be installing and removing traffic management setups while ensuring safety and compliance. Candidates must have a Full UK Drivers License and the ability to work flexible hours. Experience in traffic management is advantageous. This is a full-time, temporary position with the potential for extension.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Drivers License is mandatory.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required.
  • Experience in traffic management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Install and remove Traffic Management in accordance with Chapter 8.
  • Follow task briefings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Complete all necessary training as outlined.

Skills

Location: Mobile NI

Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 hours

Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary initially for one month with potential extension

Responsibilities:

  1. Install and remove Traffic Management in accordance with Chapter 8
  2. Follow task briefings and safe systems of work, adhering to company policies and procedures
  3. Liaise with customers as required
  4. Complete reports and records, including actions and instructions
  5. Manage vehicles, plant, and materials responsibly
  6. Operate plant and equipment necessary for the role
  7. Participate in additional works as required
  8. Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues, the public, and others affected by your duties
  9. Complete all training outlined in the specific training plan

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Traffic Management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Sector Scheme 12A/B qualified
  • Sector Scheme 12D qualified
  • Forman / IPV Forman Carded
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent
  • Experience in traffic management, landscaping, or winter maintenance
  • CSR or equivalent qualification
  • LGV License
  • Trailer License
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance
