Job summary

UDP in Bonnybridge is recruiting a Traffic Management Operative to support Scotland's leading TM team. You will set up traffic management, direct traffic at roadworks and events, and work with colleagues to keep operations safe and efficient.

Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence with ≤6 points and be within 40 minutes of the depot; Lantra 12AB/12D/Unit 2 qualifications are desirable but not essential.Drug/alcohol checks apply and we promote inclusive recruitment.

We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life. These can be a combination of days and nights.

• 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
• 6 days on 1 day off
• Part-time over 4 days, shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun
  

We also have vacancies for high-speed operatives, which involve night shifts. These roles require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

• Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
• Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g. Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2) desirable but not essential
