Regional Recruitment are seeking an experienced LANTRA 12A/12B Traffic Management Driver for a permanent role in Oxford. You will drive company vehicles, install and manage traffic management setups, and ensure safety for workers and the public.

The role offers ongoing training and career progression with overtime opportunities. Essential: Full UK Driving Licence, LANTRA 12A/12B, health & safety knowledge, and highways/traffic management experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• LANTRA 12A or 12B qualification required.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Experience in highways or traffic management preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to sites and back.
• Install, maintain, and remove traffic management systems.
• Set out cones, barriers, signs, and equipment.
• Complete site checks and paperwork as required.
• Ensure safety of workforce and public on site.
• Respond to on-site needs and liaise with teams and authorities.
