Traffic Management Co-Ordinator - Severn Trent Contract
Location: Telford Depot
General hours of work are 42.5 hours per week, with varying shift pattern between 7am and 6pm, including some weekend shifts on a rota basis.

We give expert support from the consultation and design phase, right through to work completion and sign-off.
The Traffic Management Coordinator is a pivotal role within our utilities sector as you will take full responsibility for building and coordinating all activities for our utilities contracts. You will report into the Contract Manager to assist in logistically managing the workload of a team of Traffic Management Operatives to ensure they are undertaking work at the expected standards, times and locations.
Responsible for the accurate building, reviewing and creation of picking lists for all works onto our ERP system. Liaison with our client to fulfil capacity efficiently. Schedule out planned and reactive works when required using all tools available to ensure we achieve our contractual SLA\'s and KPI\'s measures.
Attend meetings with the team and client, in person and online. Provide information to our clients. Address customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Assist in maintaining financial transactions as part of the job building process to ensure we are maximising our revenue and in line with contractual rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract and operational delivery areas.
Assist in answering calls from the client and customers and direct internally to relevant parties. Maintain effective communication channels with the contract team, supervisors, managers, and operatives to maintain operational efficiencies. Liaising with our client on job specific requirements and maintaining accurate data on internal and external systems.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your administration skills. Develop a solid understanding of our contract and services to assist clients effectively. Learn the cross functions of the contract for assisting in other areas when required.
