Role Responsibilities
  1. Progress Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs) and liaise with street works on Traffic Management plans
  2. Investigate traffic management issues and develop solutions
  3. Organize and monitor the processing of Traffic Regulation Orders, including coordination with Legal Services, Police, and local Councillors
  4. Manage costs related to Traffic Regulation Orders
  5. Handle documentation for temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
  6. Advise statutory undertakers on traffic engineering and assess traffic implications under the New Roads and Street Works Act
  7. Maintain a full UK driving license
  8. Design traffic schemes, including highway alterations following public or council complaints, using relevant software such as CAD or Civils 3D
  9. Ensure compliance with legal and safety standards in traffic regulation installations
  10. Support flexible working hours and remote working arrangements
Minimum Requirements
  • A full UK driving license
  • Relevant experience in traffic management and regulation
  • Proficiency with design software such as CAD or Civils 3D
