Required skills and qualifications include:
- Competency in TSRGD 2016, TSM chapters, LTN1/20, LTN1/24, and relevant standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design packages
- Experience with Traffic Regulation Order processes
- Ability to prepare technical reports
- Knowledge of signing & lining schemes, active travel schemes, traffic calming, cycle facilities, controlled crossings
- Good communication skills
- Relevant degree (HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc)
- Full UK driving license
- Experience with collision data systems and data analysis
- Road Safety Auditing experience
- Work towards professional qualification
