You will be joining a well-established infrastructure team in a high-spec office. The office, that they designed themselves, is modern and open plan with several floors, situated a stones throw from Old Street Station. You will be working in a team of approx. 20 and will collaborate with the rest of the company, which is a total of over 160, granting plenty of social opportunity.
As an employee, you personally will have the chance to contribute to the company culture and direction. The company has recently become an Employee-Owned Trust; meaning each team has a representative who will feed back to the trust on queries or ideas for the direction of the business.
The team feel is added to by weekly whole office meetings where engineers and technicians have the opportunity to discuss their projects and offer help and guidance to each other.
