Traffic Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our fast-paced Creative team. The role involves managing workflow, resources, and project schedules for the design department, overseeing outputs, and ensuring projects meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign tasks based on team members' skills and workload.
  • Create and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Develop workflows to streamline project progression.
  • Act as a communication hub between teams, departments, and suppliers.
  • Assess priorities and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Identify and address potential delays or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure quality standards and approvals are met.
  • Communicate project status and updates to relevant parties.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with project management software like Asana or Microsoft Project.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the creative or fashion industry.

Work is required five days a week from our East London office.
